Certainly our job description has expanded in the last few years. As an industry there’s no question that we’ve grown potentially more than any other industry without comparison. What we’ve learned is that we can’t get behind the 8-ball ever. Otherwise, you’re going to be out of business. As is pretty much the case for many colleagues. Most of which actually had a ton of experience in repairing all sorts of electronic gadgets. That industry has certainly taken a dip since everyone just goes out and buys new gadgets or uses some type of insurance on the ones that they have. Electronic infrastructure which is basically our core business isn’t as disposable. What we feel we have to do is keep up with the trends to make sure that we are offering up-to-date solutions for our customers.   

Another important part of our business is making sure that we don’t fall into the habit of offering cookie cutter solutions.
